After your order is placed, we will e-mail you a creative brief. It is a very short, straightforward questionnaire that tells us more about your business. You will be able to input the information you would like to include in your new business card, magazine advertisement or other piece, depending what product you have selected. |

Our experts are going to review your submitted questionnaire to make sure that all the necessary information is included. If the description you provide us with is complete, we will start working on your project immediately. If we have any additional questions or need more information from you, our design expert will contact you via e-mail. With the questionnaire, we will also ask you to include necessary files to complete the project (text, logo and photos - unless a stock photo has been requested). |

You will be able to view your original concepts* online within 3 business days from your creative brief submission. You will be able to make 2 more revisions to your preferred design piece, to make sure that you are completely satisfied. |

View your revisions online just 2 business days after you choose the initial concept. We will make all the adjustments based on your feedback. You'll receive your final design after you are satisfied with the last revision.** |
* The number of initial layouts you receive depends on the design project you selected:

** The turnaround time for most of the projects is 5-7 business days from the moment your creative brief has been submitted. The process will be extended if your revisions are prolonged.
